Healing Parsely

  • Parsley (1 bunch)
  • Garlic (2 raw cloves, chopped fine)
  • Salt (2 taste)
  • Cayenne pepper (2 taste)
  • Black sesame seeds (2 table spoons)
  • Ginger (fresh 1/2 inch, diced)
  • Avocado (1/2)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons, or more if desired)
  • Hemp oil (2 tablespoons or more if desired)
  • Lemon (1/4 wedge squpzen or more to taste)

This is a great, quick, simple recipe to increase the functioning of the immune system, kidneys and lungs. Ward off cold’s and flu. And increase health and vitality on a daily basis.
