In frying pan add:
- 2 TBS of sunflower oil
- 1 ½ lbs fish of your choice
- 3 TBS of Braggs amino liquid or soy sauce
- 2 ½ TBS of finely diced ginger
- ¼ TBS of garlic powder
- ¼ TBS of onion powder
Directions:
Rinse fish (I choose Cordova and Salmon)
Cut fish into 1in. pieces
Cook on high until you’ve received your desired temperature
