Pan Fried Wild Organic Fish

In frying pan add:

  • 2 TBS of sunflower oil
  • 1 ½  lbs fish of your choice
  • 3 TBS of Braggs amino liquid or soy sauce
  • 2 ½ TBS of finely diced ginger
  • ¼ TBS of garlic powder
  • ¼ TBS of onion powder

Directions:
Rinse fish (I choose Cordova and Salmon)
Cut fish into 1in. pieces
Cook on high until you’ve received your desired temperature
