- 1 bundle of Kale
- 2 TBS of finely diced ginger
- 1 TBS of olive oil
- 1 TBS of Braggs amino liquid or soy saue
Wash Kale by soaking in grapefruit seed extract, then rinse with water.
Chop kale into 1 in. pieces and place into steamer for 6 minutes. Strain liquid.
Mix in a bowl with ginger, olive oil and Braggs (or soy sauce).
