Steamed Kale with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 bundle of Kale
  • 2 TBS of finely diced ginger
  • 1 TBS of olive oil
  • 1 TBS of Braggs amino liquid or soy saue

Directions:
Wash Kale by soaking in grapefruit seed extract, then rinse with water.
Chop kale into 1 in. pieces and place into steamer for 6 minutes. Strain liquid.

Mix in a bowl with ginger, olive oil and Braggs (or soy sauce).
